Despicable service

I requested to be seated outside so I could watch my son. I was told no tables outside. We passed 2 tables. Both in the sun. The there were 2 umbrellas available....the person 'helping' me gives one umbrella to someone else. Says he cannot help me. Walks away. I am standing there with my son...who just wants to play. A waiter come quickly to help me. I asked for the manager to complain about the person who assisted me....i was told he one of the managers. Well if that is there management they need to close down! Terrible experience. Do not go to that branch!
