Despicable service

The responsible person refused to seat me outside....when i requested to please be seated outside so I can watch my son. He just said sorry cannot help you. There were 2 open tables....both in the sun. One free umbrella, still ignored me, then took the free umbrella to someone else. Walked away. A waiter saw me and was kind enough to help.....when i asked for the manager to complain....I was told the person who i want to complain about is a manager! They need new management! No apology. Terrible store! Do not go there!
