Daughters day ruined at Papachinos Greenstone

Took my daughter to Papachinos Greenstone on saturday 4 of september 2021 arived at 13h00 was fairly busy,man at the door taking arrivals told me place is full and at least an hour and half wait,took my name and number where i was first o waiting list and no one was in the waiting area.He said he would phone when table available.Sat next door at the golf after 40 min watched many people being led in.I approached the man at the door and asked for a manager as i saw on the waiting list many names after mine that had been highlighted which meant they had been let in.My name was also highlighted out which meant i was suppose to be in there,which i wasn't and i received no call from them.It was a waste of time to go to this place and it was very unprofessional.I have been to pappachinos in clearwater what a difference in professionalism and taking care of customers.We will never go back to Greenstone but always know that we will always be talen care of at papachinos clearwater.
