Customer service no existent

On the 19th of August 2023 I took my family to papachinos for lunch and to say it was a waste of hard-earned money is an understatement . We have always been there and have never received such ******* service before . the glasses that our jagerbooms were served in were dirty I don’t know if they were overwhelmed because the restaurant was busy but that is unacceptable . The kids made pizza’s and they were brought back burnt beyond when my daughter refused to eat the pizza saying it was burnt, I call the attending that was working on our table and she saw how burnt the pizza was and returned it so that they can remake it . however, what happened next was the managers attitude , comments, and disrespect towards our complaint she took that same burnt pizza and cut out the burnt pizza and brought it back to us . when I asked her why the pizza was cut out where it was burnt, she said that how all pizzas are made and if we were not happy, we can buy another one what would be the point of paying for a burnt pizza twice . Sherly was her name .She lacks customer services human respect and basic manners in general . Ever since they added female stuff this place is going down the drain . The second issue was that we had asked for a kiddie’s chair as the other child is younger then 2 and we were told they do not have kiddies chairs but to my surprise there were two tables that had kiddies chairs can someone please explain to me how a kid friendly restaurant does not have chairs for kids that can not sit at the small chairs and table this is the worst service by far and the lack of remorse ad manners in general is disgusting to say the least . I have never left the restaurant so livid and frustrated like I did this past weekend.
