****roaches Rude manager No empathy for my quests who came from far for my daughters 16th Manager for so irritated when the little ones starred jumping around. Instead of applologising he made excuses. I demandeda full refung of R2500 He told me the kitchens are closed and tete is nothing he can do. Towards the end he wanted the refund the money for the pizza after all my guest felt do nauseous just by witnessing those cocroacches.
