Bad treatment

My partner decided to take out our 2 girls today for a celebration after receiving their second term reports,I am very disappointed with the service they received at the restaurant, they waited for too long for a table that was later taken from them by their waiter and was given to someone else, there was no communication or whatsoever until they decided to leave without being served after they drove all the way to that area,my girls were heartbroken 💔
