Bad front service

I called to book a table for my little sisters 11th birthday on 18th of November her birthday party was on the 20th and was told when we called that we didn’t need to book we could do a walk in. We got to the door and were told it’s full and should have booked 2 weeks in advance by a rude man by the name of Bernard who was standing by the door. We had two babies with us so we waited in the car for our table because of the rain. When we checked again for our table someone else had taken it. Bernard was so rude to us. It’s very sad that we were treated that way because we’ve had so many birthdays at papachinos. Very disappointed in their service
