Bad Customer Treatment at Papachinos Clearwater.

On Sunday 11th August my family and I visited Papachinos Clearwaters. Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. Shocking and appalling service from Manger to General Manager to Owner. The general manager couldn't even be bothered to hear my side of the story, in fact he so much as came to try to intimidate me without even hearing my side of the story. The owner told me and my husband to our face that he doesn't care all he cares about is paying wages at the end of the week. All this because I wanted to move tables so I would watch my kids play outside. After spending almost a R1000 at the restaurant I was told that if I wanted to watch my kids play for a few minutes, I needed to go and line up outside and be seated all over again. I have never heard of a restaurant where you can't move seats.

Papachinos think that they are above customer service. They think they are too much in demand to respect paying customers. The owner even told my husband and I that he believes his managers side of the story and that he just wants to pay wages.

Papachinos definetly does not respect black paying customers, they only care about our money.. If it had been any other persons I can almost guarantee the treatment would have been different.

I have never see where a owner cannot even handle a conflict and only cares about money. Must be because I'm black, he clearly believes he doesn't need my money.

Not a problem, I will most definitely never come back there. That's a promise.

Zero starts for this resturant that early only cares about money but not a black person's money.
