Awful Experience! Poor Management!
<p>On Friday 24 March 2017, My girlfriend and i decided to go to Papachino's for dinner. After our last experience we were really excited to go back! </p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say, it was one of the worst experiences i have had at a restaurant in a long time! Working in the hospitality industry myself, I know thing's can get very busy. However, when you have a waiter come up to you after 45 minutes of ordering a ****tail to tell you the reason it took long is due to their "System going down", one would be understanding. It is a different story when you are being **** to! Where we were sitting i had a perfect view of the waiter station along with the PC they use. I could clearly see the screen, So much so that i know the business uses POS - Point Of Sales. It is the same one most establishment's use. </p> <p> </p> <p>Then to my delight, i saw the Manager strolling around like there was nothing wrong! The table next to ours still had not received their meal after waiting an hour. This boils down to unprofessionalism and complete mismanagement! I ALWAYS make a point of being lenient as i know how this industry works, But i ill not be **** to when it comes to a service that I am paying for!</p> <p> </p> <p>Maybe Papachino's should take a few lessons from Dopio Zero at Cradlestone Mall. One can not compare the service and cuisine i was given there!</p>
