I would just like to say how appalled I am by a ****** experience that my boyfriend and his family had from your Stoneridge branch today. At around 4pm they arrived with 2 others and 3 kids. When they asked the attendant at the door for a table outside by the play area, she responded by saying there are no free tables anywhere as they were fully booked. As they turned to walk out a black family arrived and asked for a table,she then asked them where would they like to sit inside or outside. When my boyfriend turned back to ask her why she just told them there was no tables but offered a table to that black family, and my boyfriend is white by the way, she turned and said oh let me check, walked a short distance and turned round and said yes there are tables. When they got outside there were plenty tables available. They did not raise this with the manager, but I am, as upon hearing this I am appalled,disgusted and angry that they had to experience this, and this is not an incident to be left untold. In this day and age, your own staff turning away white people, and how many others have been told "sorry we are fully booked" Disgusted
