Arrogant Owner/Manager

The atmosphere and food was great, however the owner/manager is rude and arrogant. We were seated at our table and offered narcotics almost immediately by said individual. He also made extremely inappropriate gestures and even suggested that we are welcome to dine in the restroom. We had a pleasant evening with close family, but this was only when he no longer came to our table. I feel that this should be dealt with, as i am shocked at the behavior and misconduct. I will be investigating the necessary litigation on certain advances that were made by this individual.
