DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

A couple weeks ago I visited Pap Boa for the first time in benoni/boksburg with my husband.

1.The food took about 30-40 mins to arrive 2.The milkshake was not nice and tasted like old melted ice cream was used 3.Food arrived-Prawns was flavourless asked for my steak to be medium to well done and it arrived well done and completely dry 4.Complained and there came a female manager who was so rude and said to us that we were lieing about the food and that she will not charge for the food but we should not return to the restaurant again since we do not like the food...

How is that for customer service.
