Unprofessional Paola Pluym Foxy Beauty

I have paid for a hair straightener that I purchased from foxy beauty paola pulym in February 2018 till to date I have not received my order nor have heard any correspondence from them, I have sent them several emails but no response, I would like to if they will still deliver my order otherwise I want a refund ASAP, I totally feel that this company is unprofessional n have no ethics in business and I'm sure that I am not the only unsatisfied customer.
