Non delivery of items ordered and no assistance provided

I ordered 2 product from Foxy Beauty in February. I only received the 1 product after about 6weeks. I notifies them that u didn't receive the 1 product and was told the products come in different packages. Its been 4 months and after numerous e-mail enquiries, no feedback. I have requested a refund but still they dont respond to any of ny requests.

And to make things worse, the item i have received was wrong.
