Panzerglass horrible experience

I wish the management at PanzerGlass took the time to really investigate my complaint but a week later and no decisive feedback. I got a free panzerglass a few months now about 2 or 3 months..the product looked amazing when I saw the demo on a hammer hitting against it and nothing happening to the screen, I guess that wasn't a real hammer. My phone fell onto my tile and absolutely nothing happened to the panzerglass but my phone screen shattered underneath. Its so frustrating because I don't hold panzerglass accountable for dropping my phone or breaking it but on their website it says it is designed to absorb shock and break on impact but nothing at all happened to the panzerglass and yet my phone glass shattered underneath. I just don't feel the product is worth the price it is..I know I got mine for free but I've seen the price goes for around r500 and it isn't worth that. I will not recommend this to anyone again.
