Exceptional Service From Pantzer Glass South Africa

I upgraded to a new phone on Sunday 18 Feb 2018 at MTN Eastgate. The assistant suggested I fit a Panzer Glass screen protector at R199.00. Somehow they struggled to fit it properly leaving "bubbles" and not fitting perfectly around the edges. They said it should settle after a day or so. It did not! I sent an email to PanzerGlass expressing my disappointment and asked for advice. I received an email from David Meneely (Sales Manager SA) within hours assuring me they would attend to the issue. Later the same day I received a call from Freddy (Sales Rep) making an appointment with me at my place of business the next day. Freddy attended on time and resolved the issue 1st time. Turns out the problem was a technical issue that could not be solved by MTN and needed expert intervention. Fantastic service.... fantastic product...... thank you!! Nick Davel
