Furious

I have sent two emails now and no response. I bought Pantene 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner and when I washed my hair with the Pantene, I left it on for a while. After a while I felt my neck started feeling like its on fire. The Pantene burned my neck and I have photos of my neck.
