Cooking pan re-coating service

The non-slip coating on an expensive sauté-pan having worn, I asked the manufacturer whether a re-coating service was part of the company's profile. Unfortunately not, and no suggestions of an external service were made.

Recourse to searching the web identified a small company, Pantec Bakeware Coatings, based at 14 Goud Crescent, Brackenfell Industrial Estate, who were set up for this purpose and would undertake the job for R450 for a single pan and R400/pan for multiples. The process took two days and the result is excellent.
