Wherefore art my laundry…

On holiday in Jbay and dropped my laundry off on Monday! On collection on Tuesday half of it was someone’s else’s lingerie and gym gear - returned to the shop to no apology or refund or remorse or empathy that my belongings were now ‘gone’. Denise, the owner merely replies that whoever has them will return them - is this the twilight zone?!? Needless to say she refused to refund me until I said I wouldn’t be leaving her shop until she did and followed up with her clients! So no clothing and definitely do not recommend this laundromat if you value your belongings and peace of mind. I wish standards wouldn’t drop when we are all struggling to make a living and attracting international tourists who aren’t as forgiving when their favourite items of clothing disappear!
