The smart Idea Group - Absolutely the worst company to deal with - the staff are *********** and do not know how to run or post account payments - Channell is rude and abrupt with clients - lazy takes months to get response to sort out problems. Settlement paid - they take months to pay the Finance house - still struggling to get refund form them . Will not refer them to be used.
