Cancelation of contract

I've started asking for our contract from 29 September 2016 and 2 times after that. I have never received the contract. Our contract ended 1 January 2018 when I finally got an answer from Merchantile bank. We have paid R12,617 more than we were suppose to due to the fact that we had to cancel 90 days in advance, which I couldn't do as I didn't have a copy of the contract. I have canceled 2 Aug 2018 but we still have to pay the 90 days. The sales consultant with Pansolutions, Bryan Wolhuter, has not made any effort in resolving this. Easy to get the contract signed but no customer service after that AT ALL!! I will not use this company again.
