Unpleasant stay at panorama chalets and restcamp

Location is the best We stayed in chalet no 1,it needs total make over,the dining room is only plastic chairs,the couch needs replacement,the bathtub is old and cream white in colour, Graskop is always raining and their braai area has no shelter Nothing really good about the chalet however the scenery is beautiful and breathtaking I think if you are just passing by and need a place to stay for one night you can opt for it. We requested staff members to take us a group picture and they refused,I know it's not their job but where is the courtesy in that,to me it says don't be back.i will never go there again we were booked 14 to 16 March 2025 chalet number 1
