Poor Service From Panjivans Big Ben Liquor Wholesalers

Poor service from Panjivans Big Ben Liquor Wholesalers I have received from security that dispatches and supervisors the orders. Last year December 2018 I had made a purchase of Smirnoff 200ml x 12 and accidentally left the order behind, however I did call to let them know and they all acknowledged that I have left my order. I went to Panjivans to collect my order the next day which was in December 2018, I was told my order is missing yet they still have the invoice. Since the 24th of December 2018 I have been told to return the following week because they are still investigating. The lady Helly has been covering up for her colleagues and till today I have not gotten my order.
