PanicSOS Unauthorised Debit Orders

Possibly a ********** company as they have lodged an unauthorised debit order on my account. I have contacted the customer care number who are terribly rude and finally after trying to get hold of the debit order company ********** 267 I was informed that they are only in charge of loading the debit orders as per the PanicSOS instructions.
