********** debit

im highly irritated right now. I have been calling the above company . named Panic assist and im not getting any joy. I have called their ********** 226 as well ***to no avail. I received an sms from them stating that will debit my account for an amount of R117.5. I am quite annoyed cause I have never heard of them let alone spoken to them. I don't understand how did they get my details , who gave them authority to even submit a debit order on my account. I will not stand for this.
