Unauthorized debits

Good day I received an sms today saying that this company will be debuting my account on the 15 /09/2018 ref1DRE37395 debut of R99 contact ********** 053. Firstly I don’t know who these people are and how they got my bank account details. The bank does little to help us and charges us a fee for any blocks we do and I am tired of all these debits that are being lodged in my account without me signing up on anything. It’s *****alant and really irritating. Please these people must not debit my account otherwise I am opening up a case of ***** against them. I tried to call their landline as with all these debits there’s never a landline that works. Thanks
