I had a debit order go off my account for R99 and never have signed up with this company.

Called them and they said they are doing an investigation on reference number and subsequently called back and did not give the full reference number to which the consultant said my debit order was blocked, but when I probed him and said I havent even given you my full reference number how did you check, he stopped talking and left the line open with no comment.
