Pathetic and ********* service????

My husband bought a new cable for our ****eater and took it to Pangela Lawnmowers for them to attach the cable. They took mighty long so my husband went to find out how far they are. He said that the "person" couldnt get it right but he would let him try again as they have done it before and they will let us know when it is ready for collection. We didnt hear anything from them so we went there today. They decided without our consent to replace the Diaphram kit, Fuel pipe, Fuel strainer, Clean carburator, Nylon line, Primer body and Labour and the cost is R719-90. my husband said he asked them to attach the cable ONLY. He told my husband that he must pay or they will remove the new parts. My husband asked for the old parts so he said they threw the old parts away. When I said I demand the old parts...they suddenly gave my husband parts which we not even sure that it is our machines old parts. We are furious about this situation. In my eyes they are the most ********* ****** that live.
