Mistreated. Gave a second chance. Then mistreated again??!!

On the 30th of November 2021, I posted a review of this company regarding their disgusting treatment. I was contacted within the hour, (after being ignored for quite some time before I posted my review) and I agreed to grant them another chance. Only to be let down once again!!!? Again?!!! I was contacted right after posting that review - there was an excuse, an "apology" and a confident statement that read "I trust that I can win you back over". To which I responded, saying that I really hoped so, and that I was definitely open to the idea. I was mistreated, yet despite everything I have been through, I graciously allowed for a second chance. Only to be burnt again. Is my suffering a joke to you???!!! I spent over two years relentlessly fighting my case, for myself, and for others in my position. Over two years of my life, gone. I'm left with nothing. And of course, no response to the email I sent a week ago, regarding this despicable treatment. You people disgust me.
