Insensitive. Unprofessional. Rude. Irresponsible.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Made promises that were nothing but lip-service. Couldn’t care less about clients, or what they've been through. Dropped me last minute and now they are ignoring me completely. I can't believe that I'm being "ghosted" by "professionals". It's disgusting and irresponsible. I'm actually shocked. How are we supposed to get the justice we deserve if those who are supposed to be fighting for us end up being the reason we lose everything. I guess they have so many clients that they can afford to neglect the ones that they simply don’t feel like helping. It's all about the money, and not about the individual human beings that are trusting them to bring them justice, redemption and validation.

I was contacted right after posting this review - there was an excuse, an "apology" and a confident statement that read "I trust that I can win you back over".
To which I responded, saying that I really hoped so, and that I was definitely open to the idea.
I was mistreated, yet despite everything I have been through, I graciously allowed for a second chance. Only to be burnt again.
Is my suffering a joke to you???!!!
I spent over two years relentlessly fighting my case, for myself, and for others in my position.
Over two years of my life, gone.
I'm left with nothing.
And of course, no response to the email I sent a week ago, regarding this despicable treatment.
You people disgust me.
And I was informed that the matter was "back on track".
Only to be let down once again!!!?
