****** Croocks taking disadvantage of people.

So disappointed in this company and their unprofessionalism First time I made my appointment the consultant was running 2 hours late and they kept moving my time slots to different times which I ended up rescheduling to a different date. And as their way I was told they won't charge me the consultation fee of R 450 for my appointment. Then on the 12th of March I finally had my consultation with Johann Viljoen which to my Surprise I was sent an invoice to pay before he can consult . I paid that invoice out of desperation since I needed the advise, we had our consultation over zoom meeting and he was supposed to get back to me the next day to let me know how we will proceed next. That was the last time I ever heard from him Till I contacted him 3 days later and he promised to get back but with fail. He left me hanging with case after I had paid for his services and worse he was not taking my calls , responding to my watsaap and emails

Until I told him I need my refund since I paid for the service I never received and actually I was told not to pay. He agreed he will transfer the money back after the Long Easter weekend , I sent him my invoice till today I haven't received my money all I'm getting is blue ticks on his waatsaps.

So disappointed at Pangea especially since they dealing with labor courts and yet they actually ***** people to pay money then they don't do what they Promise.
