Worst experience at Panettone

I've been sitting in Panettone since 18:15 and its currently 19:14 just waiting to be served. The waiters are running around because it's busy and I'm not being attended to. I'm starving!

First of all I had to grab a waiters attention and asked for a table and she said she was coming and has since been gone. I then had to stand up and get another waiter to ask for a menu and he was also been MIA. I eat here at least once a week and I'm disappointed at the service I'm getting today. Mind u I'm pregnant and been waiting to be served for an hour. I'm with my 5 year old daughter and they couldn't even speed up her order at least even though they heard her complaining that she's hungry.

You guys have the BEST food hence why I come here regularly but honestly I don't think I'll be coming back here again!!!!

So it's now 19:31 and my food arrives and its the WRONG order and the waiter isnt even sorry. I called the manager and all he could say was I'm so sorry your order is coming.
