Pathetic service and Rude attitudes

Absolutely pathetic service every time I order from them. They never place my orders in and my food is never ready on time. Their so called 'manager' is extremely rude over the phone, and never greets a customer when they walk in. They should really get a new manager who could implement a much better attitude and service.
