****** manager, appalling service!!!

<p>White manager refused to open an umbrella for us and was happy to let us sit in the sun. We wanted an outside table with a view of our kids. We asked twice, the second time he disappeared and didn't bother to give feedback. He claimed it was going to rain and I told him rain was only forecast for 4pm, while the time was 12. He clearly didn't care about our business or request. There were open tables that were reserved in the shade as well. This was clearly ****** and we left. We passed him on the way out, and he didn't even look at us. Disgusted!! We will not put up with this kind of treatment, in our South Africa. </p>
