indebts,fixing something,and breaking something

in the beginning of march 2015 my insurance approved repairs from their so called trusted panel beaters in Rustenburg unlimited panel beaters,i gave them my car with complete trust a key and left. They promised me that I will get my car after 8 days .the damage was a rear bumper a right door.my car was running well before I took it to them my <br> key was working well, but after the whole month after waiting as if my car was in a terrible accident I called them to ask what's happening with the car then they said yes you can come and collect . I said to the person on the line when were you going to call they said now, just before u called. Then when my wife got the car 1st the key was damaged .she said she could not even start the car, the the workshop manager try to put glue on the key and said to her its just wear and tear, Then when she left the battery was flat on the railway intersection putting my wife in danger and the car s security compromised. she was very embarrassed and had to walk back to the panel beaters for them to try to charge the battery .his explanation was the battery was too old, now I have to buy a battery for 1000 RAND unplanned and fix a damage key
