Stay Away from Panel Lab

My vehicle was repaired by panel lab. I collected it and drove it for some time and when I drove it a longer distance for the 1st time within the 2 months of collection I got stuck. When I opened the air filter compartment I found out that they had not put an air filter. They are refusing to take responsibility on basis that their mechanic said an air filter wouldn’t cause the damage. They suggested I use another mechanic who is RMI approved. The mechanic found something totally different from what their mechanic was saying is faulty. The mechanic states that the damage was caused by dust accumulated by driving without an air filter. They are refusing to acknowledge the second opinion even though they are the ones that suggested to have one.
