The Arrogancy of not wanting to take responsibility

<p> I was recently involved in a car accident where both my two front headlights got damaged. I then took my vehicle to panel city in Mthatha for Repairs ,they did and I took it on the 15/06/2017 . 4 days back the new headlight fused (Mind you the old one is working perfectly ). When I reported back to panel city they refused to be held liable claiming it was going to fuse anyways. This is quit surprising because the other headlight has no problem, but the new one is the one that fused first. I've tried reasoning with them but with no luck,they arrogantly insisted that it's not their fault and won't pay . Clearly these people are just not willing to take responsibility and simply don't care about clients , because this is quit obviouse that the light was not genuine , of good quality and appropriate standard. </p>
