Don't take your car to Panel City

Panel City Mthatha is a horrible place to take your car there, my car has been with them for over a month now and it was just a mirror and door replacement. What's more shocking is that it's a Toyota car. The warehouse transfers me to reception then the reception says they will call back. After a month with my car with them they are telling me I must wait for another 2 weeks for painting process.

Panel City does not have any sense of urgency for their customers. I will never take my car there.

Over a month now and i still can not get an estimation date for my car.
