Bad service

My car insurance Discovery referred my car for repairs to Panel city Mthatha after approval of my accident claim. I took the car on 05/02/2015 after Thabisa and Craig confirmed that new light has arrived, i was told to pay 50% excess of which i did. Firstly it took over a week to repair the car hence Craig promised 3 days. It after follow up that i was told to pick up the car. To my surprise the light was still not working and i was told that Craig had ordered the light globe. After i followed as Thabisa does not keep her promises of updating me and finally i was told to bring the car but after installing the car part it was still not working. Craig said it is something else but after i came back the 3rd time i was told it was not working. They took the car to VW clinic Mthatha where instead my car came back out of Focus with the second light that was working and Craig denied. I complained about the service but the manager was very defensive. I was asked to take the car to VW east London. I stay 127 km from Panel city and 347 km from East London. I was inconvenienced and used a lot of money. Insurances should not use panel city. They are unprofessional from the manager.<br> <br>
