Panel City Towing and Panel Beaters Poor Service

Panel City Towing and Panel Beaters is based in Mthatha EC. I have been patient with the poor service received from the Panel beater. The Panel Beater was requested by the insurance for the towing service. They did not release the car to the Panel beater that was selected by the insurance for repairs and the insurance after a lengthily fought decided to allow them to do the repairs. I am not happy with the delays and the poor service from the reception to the Manager by the name Henry/Hendrik. after 76 days of approval from the insurance the car is not yet fixed and they are taking no accountability. I am paying the courtesy car out of my pocket and the Panel beater is not consistent and keeps telling me lies. The car was supposed to be fixed within 6o days and today they are still waiting for parts. The manager for this business unit is very useless with no professionalism. I was told they are waiting for parts. after I corresponded with V.W South Africa I was told there is no shortage of parts in South Africa for the specific vehicle. The Manager has been avoiding my calls.
