Venue supp**** differs from venue advertised

A telephonic booking was made with Sylvia on *** for 17 March at Pandora's. We were taken to a house in 7 Kwagga street. No explanation was offered nor was permission requested for this change. The facilities and services indicated in the advert were not provided. The property was not clean, the overall condition poor. There were no staff or security. Payment of R600 was made but no receipt tendered. We were left unattended at the property without any explanation. We left the next day after intending to stay a few days initially. Upon my return home later on 18 I called Sylvia to tell her of our experience. A very unsettling, disturbing conversation ensued. Sylvia make very offensive remarks about her guests in general and insulted us. She finally offered to refund our money which I declined because we used the meagre facilities. Please determine the reason for not advising us of the change and why we were not offered accommodation of the same standard that the advert promised.
