Worst customer service ever!

Horrible customer service once I returned incorrect order. No-one answers the call centre number, don't think they have people working there. Its going for 3 weeks since they collected the item I wanted to return (due to the incorrect item being delivered to me) and after several emails and phone calls, I still have no information on when I will receive the correct item I purchased. Totally unacceptable! Order PAN***. I need Pandora to deliver my order as promised.
