WORST CLIENT SERVICE EVER

I'm very dissapointed. My son ordered a 55cm Necklace from Pandora. When it arrived it was a 90cm Necklace. We took it to Pandora Tyger Valley and ask if they could exchange it for a 55cm Necklace. NO WE NEED TO PAY FOR A REPAIRS OF THE NECKLACE TO A SHORTER NECKLACE. After paying R1 199 for a 55cm I had to pay another R300 to get the necklace made shorter. WITH THE DIRECT INSTRUCTIONS, IF THEY INSIT ON SHORTEN THE NECKLACE AND NOT EXCHANGING IT, NOT TO HAVE A EXTENDED ROUND CIRCLES IN THE NECKLACE. What a disgrace when I received the necklace back. After R1 500, 90cm initial necklace, I have no odd pieces of necklace without on single necklace to wear. And I CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!! WHAT ARE YOU INSANE?????? WHAT KIND OF GUARANTEE IS THERE FOR YOUR ***** UP?
