Worst Brand in SA

No contact number on the internet, no email address, only a contact number received with my invoice, where i have tried to call for more than a week! i went into a physical store, the assistant was not able to assist. one of my items was not delivered, no refund was received, and the item is available online but i have not received delivery, with no way to follow up or contact them at all!
