Very bad management

<p>So my girlfriend and I are at Pandora in greenstone mall with a voucher and and would like to get the black Friday special which is 3 for 2. Their system accepting the voucher is offline and all the store manager can say is "sorry we can't help" we eventually had to get her to phone higher management they were able to help. I just felt there was a lack of respect for the customer from management which was really unpleasant and time consuming</p>
