Utterly rude Manager Claudine and very poor service

Never have I ever received such bad service as I did the last 2 months from Pandora Canal Walk. Claudine the manager asked me with my 1st complaint about faulty earings not to write a review and I didn't because surely I know she don't manufacture the goods but then she shocked me with her attitude. Now I went back because the earings is worn out within 1 month of them replacing it and she just doesn't let me get a word in. She is utterly rude and unprofessional. Previously all my purchases was by a sales guys Tauriq and he was fantastic. I would definitely never ever sit my foot back in that store again
