Unprofessional service

I recently purchased items from Pandora along with their gift bags and boxes but unfortunately did not receive all my bags. THIS WAS PAID FOR and should be given to me as each was valued at R100 .

When I wrote a formal email to the customer service a week ago I was told they’d do an investigation and get back to me. I had to follow up on Friday and still received no feedback nor my problem resolved . I am highly disappointed.
