Unprofessional and unhelpful

Good day,

Please could you be so kind and get someone to assist with an order that has still not been delivered, delivery was scheduled for last Wednesday, 27th May. Its now Monday 01 June. No feedback or update!

The what’s app customer service support is very unhelpful and I am very disappointed with the attention and urgency my order has been given.

I am unable to receive any solid information with regard to my order and delivery.
