The most disgusting business etiquette

I waited patiently as there is a three customer limit at the Sandton store. Eliza a women that worked in Pandora, was absolutely rude when all the customers cleared my mum in law and I wanted new bracelets and she told my 5 year old to wait outside. If something happened to my daughter would she even bother. She didn’t help us at all. Exceptionally rude and pandora lost a R9000 sale from me alone as I took my business to browns. I don’t feel the covid pandemic gives anyone the right to treat their customers in such a disgusting manner. She’s got no manners, no etiquette, she should not work in sales at all. The other lady was that assisted me was lovely but do to elizas rude disgusting behavior we left. Sorry to say but my mum in law was going to purchase chains from the new collection for 6 of us for eid, as we were referred to by a blogger and personal friend. But Eliza told my mum in law to wait outside but we both were customers we both made purchases at browns and Swarovski that day. If you want to be a good prestigious business I Definitely would get Eliza some courses in etiquette-and I will never shop at that pandora again. The male that works there is a sweetheart and he knows me as a v good customer. I’m utterly disgusted at her behavior and shocked pandora would have someone like that working there.
