Terrible Customer Service

I placed an order and then straight away tried to cancel it because I realised I ordered the wrong thing. I got into contact immediately and no one has been able to help me. You pay an arm and a leg for their products yet they can't pay anyone to monitor their emails? This is horrid service for a premium brand. I don't recommend using the pandora online store - customer service gets a straight 0.
